Where adidas fits. adidas plays to power. Its two premium carbon lines, ADIPOWER PRO-EDT and METALBONE, are built for pace, offered in attack (ATTK) and control (CTRL) tunings and elongated or widebody shapes, around $130 to $190. Below them, the value RX line, in carbon or fiberglass, covers about $70 to $80. If you want a familiar name with a driving feel, adidas is aimed at you; touch players should steer to the CTRL builds. Below are four standouts, then every current model.
